方案與限制

方案依工作區（組織）計費，絕不依席位計費，而且您只需為已完成的信封付費。所有方案的測試模式都免費且無限量。目前的價格請參閱價格頁面。

Pay-as-you-go 就是已登錄信用卡的 Free 方案。依用量計費的加購項目在所有付費方案中價格相同：簡訊驗證碼 $0.10、身分證件驗證 $2.50、歐盟合格簽章 $4.50。

限制在 API 中的呈現方式

用量在信封完成時計算，僅限正式模式，並依計費期間統計（即訂閱期間；Free 方案則為 UTC 時區的日曆月）。
已用完內含信封額度的 Free 工作區呼叫 POST /v1/envelopes 時，會收到 402 payment-required 並附上 upgradeUrl。已傳送的信封仍然可以完成。
使用方案未包含的功能會傳回 403 plan-upgrade-required，同樣附上 upgradeUrl。這包括信封上的檢視者人數超過 features.viewersPerEnvelope 允許的數量（null 表示不限；副本收件者不計入），以及在沒有 features.viewerDocumentAccess 的情況下使用 viewerDocumentAccess。
GET /v1/billing（任何成員或 API 金鑰皆可呼叫）會傳回方案、本期用量、是否已封鎖傳送（sendingBlocked），以及工作區的 entitlements：

GET /v1/billing/subscription 傳回相同的內容，但不含帳單和權益詳細資料；GET /v1/usage?period=YYYY-MM（需要 billing:manage）會傳回某個期間的計量用量。訂閱須在主控台中變更。
